Please note the following:
(1) Pay up monthly maintenance fees promptly.
(2) Seek permission from management before renovating apartment.
(3) Renovate apartment according to the bylaws of the estate.
(4) See that children play only in the recreational areas.
(5) Take care of the facilities provided.
(6) See that guests do not abuse the facilities.
(7) Do note that it is dangerous to throw anything out of the apartment onto the ground.
(8) Park vehicle at the proper parking lot and not at somebody's parking lot.
(9) Minimize the noise on the floor so as not to disturb occupants immediately below.
