Batu Maung
In the morning the Batu Maung jetty is quite busy with boats unloading all sorts of fish. Nearby is a temple where a replica of the giant footprint of Admiral Cheng Ho can be viewed. You can pay to go across by boat to visit Pulau Jerejak, a resort island. Explore Teluk Tempoyak, a kampong area whereby villagers serve seafood by the sea in the evening. The Penang Aquarium is just off Jalan Batu Maung.
